- Work directly, receive documents, information, and requests from clients;
- Research case files and legal regulations to provide advice for protecting the rights of clients;
- Represent clients in dealings with relevant parties and authorities;
- Draft necessary documents to be sent to clients, courts, arbitrators, state agencies, or other related parties;
- Participate in litigation in courts and arbitrations or relevant state agencies, acting as a lawyer or authorized representative.
- Graduated from a distinguished law school in Vietnam or in both Vietnam and overseas;
- Have at least 4 years of experience practicing law in dispute resolution at courts and/or arbitration. Alternatively, have an equivalent working period in the Procuracy or Courts;
- Proficient in both written and spoken English; (6.5 Ielts)
- Demonstrates excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
- Dynamic, with the ability to work and think independently, withstand work pressure, and be willing to travel extensively.
